PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
We specialize in authentic, factory-sealed trading card products. Product availability, pricing, and quantities may change at any time without notice. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until your order has been successfully completed and confirmed.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions and images accurately. Packaging, artwork, or other product details may vary due to manufacturer updates or differences between print runs.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time an order is placed and must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that may affect our ability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is complete and accurate before placing an order.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, all sales of sealed products are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, changes in market value, or minor manufacturer imperfections in product packaging.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order has been processed or shipped. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be accommodated.
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Trading card products are collectibles and may fluctuate in market value. Elevated TCG does not guarantee the future value, resale value, contents, pull rates, or specific cards contained within any sealed product.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing a sealed product does not guarantee any particular card, rarity, or monetary value.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content on this website, including the Elevated TCG name, branding, logos, graphics, text, and website design, is owned by or licensed to Elevated Cards and Collectibles LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission, except as permitted by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevated Cards and Collectibles LLC and Elevated TCG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
